Day-to-Day Overview: These candidates will be taking commercial member calls.
No Mail service of any kind 100% PBM work - pharmacy benefits questions and concerns regarding insurance.
Calls can very but typically employees are on the phone 7-8 minutes.
Reviewing patient specific information, and researching into the issues to resolve.
