Aerotek Customer Service Representative in Baltimore, Maryland


Answering inbound calls to help customers enroll in benefits.

During open enrollment they expect 8-10k calls a week, during non-open enrollment months, calls have stayed steady at 6k.

Success profile will be for candidates who have experience working in a large call center environment and used to fast pace noisy work areas.

Positions are contract to potential hire, it's a 2 way street and our folks have a better shot of going perm due to the 35% small biz requirement needing to stay consistent.

Hours are 8AM-7PM, working 8 hour shifts based on weekly schedule, M-F, no weekends until Open Enrollment (11/1-1/15).
