Job Description:

  • Customer service agents will be on the phones for a majority of the day assisting members with claims questions and benefit questions

-Agents may have to reach out to providers or research with other organizations to find answers for the customer

Qualifications:

  • 2 Years Customer Service Experience

  • Medical/ Health care Industry Knowledge REQUIRED

  • Great written and verbal communication skills
