Aerotek IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in Fort Pierce, Florida

Our client, a third party administrator is seeking candidates to support their call center in Fort Pierce. This position will require candidates to handle a high volume of inbound calls from health insurance members to assist with health plan information and premium details.

Candidate will not be required to collect payments and claims, however will be responsible for administering information regarding premium increases/decreases, start and end of coverage and all other miscellaneous plan information.

HOURS:

Training (5 weeks)

Monday-Sunday avail between 9am-5pm.

After training:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-7:30pm
