Engineering Technician Level 4- RAJP00021721
Supports engineering activities such as design, test, check-out, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype electro-mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry or specialized test equipment.
Power Technician tasks to support Panel Mount AFE Project, the detailed work includes:
PCB board level testing and debug for Panel Mount AFE drive
Drive level prove of concept test - thermal, abnormal test, EMC and etc.
Drive level qualification test support
Create test report and upload them into SAP for POC/Qualification test
Provide post product release support for industrial team
Desired applications experience are
Analog, digital circuits, and logic systems test and design
Print circuit board schematics, diagrams, layouts and/or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions.
Performs test and fault isolation on PCB board and drive systems.
Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions of PCB board and adjustable speed drives.
Assists in the design, construction, test and check-out of test equipment and AFE drive prototype.
Uses manufacturing, test, development or diagnostic equipment, including, but not limited to, test programs oscilloscopes, signal generators and specialized test apparatus.
Writing and generating test report using word/excel format and work with design engineers to make refinement
Experience in Rockwell automation drives and/or PLC are desired.
Typically requires 5-7 years of experience, comfortable with high voltage/high current ( up to 1000V) test environment
