Aerotek Outbound Call Center Representative in Somerset, New Jersey


  • Customer Service Experience; goal and metrics-driven in either retail or call center

  • Data Entry Experience; experience entering in high volume of customer information

  • Internet and computer skills/experience including MS Outlook and Excel


  • Responsible for a high volume of outbound calls to current and new patients to schedule appointments for hearing exams, services, follow-ups, and clinic events at nearest Hearing Life clinic.

  • Consult with patient to explore their specific needs.

  • Clearly communicate and explain the value of products and benefits of using the service.

  • Manage documentation of results in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Schedule appointment accurately based on customer protocol. Accurately book and track appointments in multiple systems.

  • Coordinate scheduling with hearing professionals at clinic. Follow-up with patient regarding appointment as necessary.

  • Maintain call logs and detailed reports.

  • Answer inbound questions (via phone, email) relating to all customer questions.
